Welcome to HeartIgnited :: Coaching Programs

HeartIgnited® is a creative and highly effective coaching approach for women who want to live a life of full expression and joy, and/or for women in job/career transition who want to explore what ignites their heart. The process was developed by Debra Valentina, a life coaching pioneer, who gently guides the release of fears and limiting beliefs in order for you to manifest your deepest intentions.

The process involves five VITAL steps that will empower you to discover and manifest what ignites your heart:

Visioning and creating your individual Essence Statement® - a unique process trademarked by HeartIgnited
Initiating an exploration which builds on what you already know
Taking the opportunity to investigate new options and choices
Allowing the next steps to emerge
Letting the new path manifest with ease

What does the process look like?

Creating your Essence Statement®* to gain clarity on your individual core essence that is desiring to be expressed in the world
Regularly scheduled one on one consulting sessions
Practices assigned between sessions, tailored to your specific needs, that pave the way for unexpected results
Length of process generally lasts between four and six months, depending upon your intentions
