HeartIgnited® is a creative coaching approach for those who want to live a life of full expression and joy, and for those in transition who want to explore what ignites their heart. The process was developed by Debra Trachy, a life and transition coaching pioneer, who gently guides the release of fears and limiting beliefs in order to manifest your deepest intentions.

The process involves five VITAL steps that will empower you to discover and manifest what ignites your heart:

Visioning and creating your unique Essence Statement®
Initiating an exploration which builds on what you already know
Taking the opportunity to investigate new options and choices
Allowing the next steps to emerge
Letting the new path manifest with ease

What does the process look like?

Regularly scheduled one on one coaching sessions
Creating your unique Essence Statement® is usually developed in the first few sessions
Assignments between sessions, tailored to your specific needs, that pave the way for unexpected results
Length of process is designed to meet your specific intentions and generally lasts between three and six months
